Parking ISU World Allround Championships
Travel by public transport to the Olympic Stadium!
We advise everyone to travel to the Olympic Stadium by public transport. Busses (62 and 347) and trams (16 and 24) stop in front of the Olympic Stadium. Busline 15 stops at the Olympiaweg and it is a 5 minute walk from the subway (metro 50, stop Amstelveenseweg). From trainstation ‘Station Zuid’ it is a 20 minute walk to the Olympic Stadium of Amsterdam. The public transport in Amsterdam is completely cashless, so make sure your OV-chipcard is charged.
If you are planning to travel by car:
- Friday March 9th: Park in the parking garages of P1, P4 and P5 of the Amsterdam ArenA area. From here you can easily travel by subway to the Olympic Stadium (line 50 to Isolatorweg. Stop: Amstelveenseweg). In the parking garages mentioned above you can buy a parking ticket at the ticket desks for the event rate of € 12,00. We strongly advise you to buy a ticket when you arrive at the parking garage.
- At Saturday and Sunday we have enough parking space in the in the area of Amsterdam Zuidas. In our webshop you can buy a parking ticket for the WTC garage Amsterdam. This way you are assured of a parking place. From the parking lot the route to the Olympic Stadium is showed. There is a possibility to take the metro from Station Zuid in the direction of the Olympic Stadium (line 50, direction Isolatorweg, stop Amstelveenseweg).
Note: in the area around the Olympic Stadium there is no parking available at the 9th, 10th and 11th of March!
Kiss ‘n Ride
The kiss ‘n ride is in the Van Tuyll van Serooskerkenweg in Amsterdam. The kiss ’n ride is only available for drop-off and pick-up of visitors of the ISU World Allround Speed Skating Championships. There is no parking here.
Touringcars
More information about parking spaces and tariffs for touring cars can be found on this website. The bus drivers are allowed to drop off their passengers on the Amstelveenseweg at the Haarlemmermeerstation.
